These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AP Ministry Inc. (“AP Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Kentucky 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry operating the platform BlessingFans.org (the “Platform”).

BlessingFans.org is a ministry of Always Pray Ministry Inc., dedicated to advancing God’s Kingdom on Earth through good works in a safe, PG-rated, Christ-honoring environment. We operate under the official Constitution and Bylaws of AP Ministry Inc., which establish a four-level governance structure, 60/40 voting system, membership requirements, financial stewardship rules, and ethical oversight.

As a faith-based religious organization, this Platform is protected under the First Amendment’s guarantees of freedom of religion and free exercise of faith. We do not voluntarily provide user data to government entities unless specifically required by a valid court order or to prevent imminent harm to life, safety, or liberty.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, posting content, making purchases, requesting withdrawals, or using any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Rules of Decorum, Doctrinal Statement, Privacy Policy, Creator Guidelines, and the full Bylaws of AP Ministry Inc. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Mandatory Acceptance: New users must affirmatively accept these Terms during registration.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Monetization, withdrawals, Creator features, and voting membership require successful Identity Verification (government-issued photo ID) and U.S. residency.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion in accordance with the Bylaws.

2. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.

3. Community Guidelines & Content Standards

BlessingFans.org is a PG-rated, Christ-centered platform. All content must comply with our Rules of Decorum, Doctrinal Statement, and the Oath of Unity and Goodwill. You agree to post only wholesome, edifying content that advances our mission (Article I of the Bylaws).

We may review, moderate, remove, or refuse any content. Violations are handled by the Ethical Director per the Bylaws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any conduct that violates our Rules of Decorum, Doctrinal Statement, or Bylaws, including but not limited to:

  • Nudity, pornography, profanity, violence, hate speech, harassment, or bullying.

  • Promotion of non-Christian religions, false doctrine, or content contradicting biblical standards.

  • Slander, impersonation, spam, scams, or manipulative financial appeals.

  • Illegal activities or content that harms the platform’s integrity or optics.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and loss of membership per Article VIII of the Bylaws.

5. User Content License & DMCA Policy

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant AP Ministry Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, and archive it on the Platform.

DMCA Policy: We respect copyright. Send valid DMCA notices to DMCA@blessingfans.org. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.

6. Monetization, Wallet, Fees, and Withdrawals

  • Platform Fee: 12% on applicable earnings.

  • Church Giving: 3–8% of net earnings automatically directed to your verified linked church.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00 USD.

  • All payouts are electronic. No mailed checks.

  • Creators are responsible for all taxes. We issue 1099-NEC where required by IRS rules (generally $2,000+ in a tax year).

  • Wallet: Funds are not bank deposits. Inactive wallets (24+ months) may be handled per Terms and unclaimed property laws, with preference for ministry use.

All financial operations comply with Article VII of the Bylaws (salary caps, budgeting, dues usage, platform income separation, etc.).

7. Membership & Voting Rights

Voting membership in the General Assembly (40% block) requires $50 annual dues, 6 months clean activity, and compliance with participation rules (4 meetings + 33.33% of yearly votes). See full Bylaws Article IV.

8. Grok AI and Third-Party Services

AI services are provided “as is.” Strict prohibition on adult/sexual content. Third-party integrations (X Feed, YouTube, etc.) must comply with our standards.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Rules of Decorum, or Bylaws. Purchased content licenses to other users may survive termination. Membership dues are non-refundable.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months (to the maximum extent permitted by law).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AP Ministry Inc., its Board, officers, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Platform or your content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fayette County, Kentucky.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms, together with the Bylaws, Rules of Decorum, Privacy Policy, and Doctrinal Statement, constitute the entire agreement.

  • We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • Platform revenues support our nonprofit mission: system operations, grants, church support, and advancing the Gospel.

By using BlessingFans.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our governing Bylaws.
