Welcome to BlessingFans.org (“the Site,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a PG-rated Christian platform owned and operated by AP Ministry Inc., a nonprofit organization registered in Kentucky (501(c)(3) status pending).

We provide a safe, wholesome online community where Christians — including Creators, Churches, and Church Leaders — can connect, encourage one another, share edifying content, and advance God’s Kingdom through faith-building posts, subscriptions, tips, live streams, and shops.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Description of the Service

BlessingFans.org is a subscription-based, PG-rated platform where Christian Creators and Churches share wholesome, edifying content. Features include:

Monthly subscriptions and Blessing Tips
Paid live streams (PPV)
X Feed Live and YouTube Channel Feed integration
Shop for Creators and Churches
Church profit-sharing (3-8% of income donated to linked churches)
Featured / Promoted placements

All content and interactions must remain PG-rated, moral, and Christ-centered. No nudity, sexually suggestive material, profanity, violence, hate speech, or unedifying content is permitted.

2. Christian Ethics & User Conduct

All users (Creators, Churches, Church Leaders, and regular members) must follow biblical principles and our Rules of Decorum.

We require everyone to live by the Golden Rule:

Matthew 7:12 – “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you…”

You agree to:

Speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15)
Build others up and avoid unwholesome talk (Ephesians 4:29)
Show grace while upholding biblical standards
Keep all content and interactions family-friendly and Christ-honoring

Violations will result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.

3. Eligibility and Account Approval

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be a follower of Jesus Christ committed to Christian moral values.
All accounts require manual review and approval.
Government-issued photo ID and tax information are required before receiving payments or operating a shop.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any account at our sole discretion.

Account types include Creator ($5/month), Church, and Church Leader (both free with verification).

4. User Content and Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, stream, sell, or share.
We are only a hosting platform and are not liable for the accuracy, legality, morality, or any harm caused by user content.

5. Content & Shop Rules

All content and shop products must comply with:

Rules of Decorum – No hate speech, threats, slander, fake news, graphic violence, or unedifying material.
Shop Rules – Only your own products, no third-party dropshipping, accurate descriptions, 30-day shipping requirement, etc.
Creator Agreement

You may only post your own original content. Reposting without consent is prohibited. Copyright infringement is not allowed.

6. Subscriptions, Tips, Payments & Church Giving

Creators set their own subscription prices ($1.99 – $1,000/month).
Blessing Tips and Paid Live Streams: $1 – $1,000.
Platform fee: 12% on all earnings.
Church Profit Share: 3-8% of net income (after platform fee) is automatically donated to the church linked by the user. This percentage may increase over time (projected up to 10% within 3 years).
Link a Church

Refunds are issued only in proven copyright infringement or shop violation cases. No other refunds are provided unless required by our policies.

7. Withdrawals and Payouts

Minimum withdrawal: $50.00
Maximum withdrawal: $100,000.00
Processed by check on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month (up to 5 business days).
We may withhold or delay payouts during reviews or for violations.

You are solely responsible for all taxes. We issue Form 1099s as required by law.

8. Affiliate / Referral Program

Referrers earn up to 2% of net earnings from referred users for up to 24 months (maximum $5,000 per referred user). See Referrals Settings.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. Please see our full Privacy Policy.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, the Rules of Decorum, Creator Agreement, or Shop Rules.
Upon termination, unused wallet funds may be forfeited if tied to violations, and pending orders must still be fulfilled or refunded.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlessingFans.org, AP Ministry Inc., its officers, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlessingFans.org, AP Ministry Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
